Concierge Service

Concierge service is available to members only. Once you purchase a home watch
package with Home Halo, you are a member.

Household Concierge

Home Halo will provide the following types of household concierge services:
^  Coordination of property and household maintenance such
    as lawn care, snow removal, dock service, maid service, pest control, and the like.
^  Stocking your cabin with necessities such as perishable items, paper products,
    hot tub chemicals, and toiletries.
^  Meeting service people or accepting deliveries at your home when you cannot.
^  If you would like a particular concierge service that is not listed here, just ask.

Concierge Rates

During months that a home watch package is purchased:
^  Any phone calls to coordinate services at your property are free of charge.
^  Concierge services requiring more than a phone call will be charged at an hourly rate.
    Any time Home Halo purchases goods for you, reimbursement of the price of goods
    plus an additonal percentage of the total cost of goods may apply.
^  Whenever possible, any concierge service that requires a short visit to the
    property lasting less than 30 minutes, will simply be done on your scheduled
    visit day so that there will be no additional concierge charge (it will be rolled
    into your home watch visit).

During months that no home watch package is purchased:
^  A flat concierge fee may be charged during any month that you
    request concierge services, but have not purchased a home watch package.
    After that, the normal concierge rates listed above will apply.
